How long do the cookies keep fresh for?
Unwrapped cookies will stay fresh for about 4-5 days if kept in a cool dry place. Place them in an air tight container to keep them fresh for longer.
Individually wrapped cookies will keep for up to 7 days in the re-sealable bag if kept in a cool dry place.
Cookies can also be heat sealed on request which will keep fresh for up to 6 weeks.
Do you offer gluten free and vegan options?
Yes we do! We can use alternative ingredients for both gluten free and vegan options. However, the cookies are made in my home kitchen which often has other allergens present. It cannot 100% be guaranteed that these products will not come into contact with other allergens. However, we are very careful with the production process.
Also able to cater to other allergens if needed.
Do you supply a list of ingredients?
All orders will come with a sticker listing ingredients and allergen advice. Ingredients can also be found on the "Ingredients" Page.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?
This varies depending on order size and my availability.
To avoid disappointment, minimum of a months notice is recommended for smaller orders whilst larger or more complicated orders may require longer.
What are your pick up/ delivery options?
Pick up is from Wallsend, NSW. I am often flexible with pick up times due to working shift work.
Delivery options are limited due to time constraints. If you do require delivery please let me know at the earliest convenience.
Delivery to local Newcastle areas is free for orders over $30.00.
Delivery to Lake Macquarie areas is a $10.00 fee.
Delivery to Maitland/ Port Stephens areas is a $15.00 delivery fee.
If delivery is required outside of these areas please enquire.
What are your terms and conditions?
Orders over $50 require a 50% deposit which must be paid at least one week prior to the order date unless otherwise arranged.
There will be no changes to orders minimum one week prior to the order date.
If you place an order and do not collect/pay for you will be unable to place any further orders (some exceptions apply).
No refunds on orders will be given due to change of mind.
